It’s Spain VS Italy and England VS Denmark in the Euro 2020 Semi Finals on Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Spain outplayed the world-champion-slayers Switzerland in the quarterfinal. Although, they still needed penalties to get through. The increasingly impressive Italy beat No.1 ranked Belgium with minimum fuss to advance
England easily dispatched Ukraine 4 – 0 while Denmark prevailed 2 – 1 against the Czech republic in an uneventful game.

Italy are probably the best team in the tournament at this point. However, the current iteration doesn’t have big tournament experience. Spain, despite scoring so many goals, lacks that cutting edge and aura of previous years.
What Spain do have is that winning experience, with Sergio Busquets as a stabilising presence in midfield. Italy will be buoyed by their landmark win over Belgium, whom they beat remarkably easily.

England VS Denmark is a matter of destiny. Denmark have gone deep in this tournament in the name of the stricken Christian Eriksen. They have that quality about them – the one that says they’re not going to lose.
England, meanwhile, are riding their most positive wave since the 1966 World Cup. Gareth Southgate has fostered belief in both the team and the fans in what is essentially a home tournament for them. Expect the Wembley factor to play a part here as England fight to reach an historic final.
