Can Liverpool Win The Quadruple? Betting Odds

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says his team won’t worry about their upcoming double-header against Manchester City in April.

However, it could be a week that dictates the course of a momentous achievement: the quadruple.

Liverpool’s F.A Cup win against Nottingham Forest sets up a pivotal week in their season. Trailing behind City by a single point, they travel to the Etihad for a Premier League game on April 10.

They then play their Champions League quarter final second leg against Benfica three days later before going to Wembley to face City in the F.A Cup semi final on the 16th. Win all those games, and Liverpool will be on course to be the first team to win the quadruple.

“We knew before the game City would be the opponent if we wanted to go to the final anyway,” said Klopp. “Now here we go.

“The further you go in whichever competition, the more likely you are you will face City at one point.

“I don’t think we are the dream draw for anyone, but it will be a tough tie and we have to make sure it will be tough for City as well.

“But there are a lot of games to play before that.”

The odds for Liverpool to win every available trophy were at 1500/1 with Bet365 earlier this season. Now, William Hill as the odds at 18/1, with Bet365 offering slightly longer odds at 20/1.

However, City are still the current favorites to retain the Premier League at 4/9.

If Liverpool progress in the Champions League, they will likely face Bayern Munich. They have had the better of them in recent years but of course, the specter of Manchester City looms again as they could face them in the final.
